Rick Bates has been a leader and innovator in the environmental, mechanical, and structural consulting field since 1987.  He has completed over 9,000 inspections and reports on a wide variety of issues from indoor air quality to structural failures.  His broad knowledge base, experience in conducting property management education, and building inspector training internationally has led to the development of a unique reporting format that is sure to becoming a national standard. Rick Bates is actively involved in (8) professional organizations that include local, regional, national and international groups that are constantly providing a supply of new information and statistical data.
